I thought Greg, Bri, and Sarah were underage at the beginning of filiming. Sarah turned 21 on the show, and Greg and Bri never turned 21 on the show, right?

I don't remember Sarah going out to too many clubs. But it seemed like we saw at Greg and Bri at more than one club.

I am surprised that they got away with underage drinking so freely on camera in clubs and especially in the house, without legal issues being raised. BMP must somehow indemnify themselves. I am not sure how that works being you have to assume BMP does lease the building in which the production is being filmed and would seemingly be responsible for illegal actively on the premises.

As for the clubs in LA, it is a well know reality that they will let quasi famous people in to drink in order to help promote their establishments. It is a calculated risk and it would seem like the authorities only care when the news media flaunts it.

On the east coast in cities like New York and Boston, you get caught serving to minors and it is game over for the club (bye bye liquor license!) That makes me think that they would be less likely to let minors in on camera (as good brooklyn alluded.)

I used to know the bars in Beantown that I could take my underage friends, but they were always dives off the beaten path, with all the hip places carding hard.

Hmm. I'm pretty sure I remember seeing Julie drink during the first NY season, and I remember Rachel using fake ID's in BtNY (I remember the guy who checked her ID gave an incredulous look, but let her in anyway).

Take a note from other reality shows and use the mysterious red cup lol They seem to be able to get in places and drink even if they aren't exactly 21 but hey we can all pretend they are.

i know in the house anything goes. but in San Diego wasn't someone turned away from a bar with a fake ID? That's what will happen here. Did everyone go to bars in the second New York season?
