It would be just about unheard of for her to have applied her own makeup for a photo shoot. If you look at other images in the portfolio of her photographer, you will see some similar makeup applications. I'm guessing it is a style the photographer and makeup artist wanted to achieve.

It looks horrendous on her, no matter the intent.

....and as wrong as my "PSA" of Shauvon is, those are the thoughts invoked in me when seeing it.

Everything in her portfolio looks highly overproduced and heavy handed, but I guess if she is your model you don't have a choice but to pinch, blur, obfuscate and use lots and lots of makeup.

That depends. Even flat-chested butterfaces are a ten to most guys if they dress provocatively enough.
