Norm was born in '67, so he was either 24 going on 25 or already 25, depending on when his birthday was.

RW1 was filmed in early '92 (January to April, I think) and aired that August.

The pilot, on the other hand, was obviously filmed earlier. I don't know exactly when though. The quality of it makes me think late 80's, but realistically it was probably '90 or '91.
