Brianna Taylor is in jail as of 8/6/08. Looks like the whole Bobby episode caught up her finally. Say's she is in Bucks County Prison on harassment charges. Poor girl, I actually kind of feel bad for her, but I'm sure the haters are going to feed off this. This could potentially devastate her whole career.

There is no sentence listed (or release date) on the data sheet and I am wondering if she was jailed because she violated pre-trial terms. It will be interesting to see how this develops.

But seriously, I really do feel bad for the girl...Hopefully it doesn't effect her career because she is a very talented girl.

No that is the date that she got arrested I think.

The charges are serious. Harassment in combination with some sort of assault (Strike, Shove & Kick) does not bode well for her if she is convicted and they want to throw the book at her. It will be interesting to see what changed that she should be incarcerated. Normally in a case like this there is a chance to plead out and get some sort of counseling (with a first offense) rather then be locked up. Being that they are not listing a sentence or release date I somehow get the impression that she has been jailed for a secondary reason (i.e. breaking the terms of her release, not showing up to a court date, attempting to coerce the victim, etc.) and the actual trial/conclusion of the criminal complaint is not yet complete. Just a hunch as I don't have any information beyond what we heard on The Real World and what is in the jail house document.

The good news is that she has already aired this part of her life out, so it is not like we are all of a sudden finding some secret skeleton in her closet. I don't think it will set back her career, unless there are a combination of factors that leads to her serving serious time.

I am guessing they are saying she broke the terms of her release on 8/06 for crime harassment (which occurred previously.) They would list the date of the violation rather then the initial incident.

...but you never know. This could be round 2. I'll see if I can find some clarification.
