an EP is an album that the artist releases before their actual cd comes out, kind of like a demo. It gives the fans a taste of whats coming in the future, and can be 2-10 songs. an LP no longer exists, it was used back in the day when cassettes and stuff were popular. but an LP means long play, like a full lenth tape.

Best Buy was using cd's as a loss leader to get people in the store. Now, that the music biz has hit a brick wall they're scaling back. Take a good look at their music section the next time you go. There's not a lot of attention paid to the major players and vets. I know I had to fight to get one of our artists back on the endcaps behind the registers. People shop the endcaps way more than they do the aisles. And, for some retarded reason they have all the top 10 Billboard artists cd's displayed on the first aisle. You have to know that and purposefully walk down that aisle though. It makes way more sense to me to have all of them on the endcaps. There's no reason to have Bette Middler's greatest hits be the first thing you see walking in the door.

Hi All,

I think that I am a bit late to the discussion but I just posted an alternate version of Brianna's performance of Billie Jean. I was on the opposite side of the room from the previous filmer. I have been working so much, I haven't had a chance to go through my pictures from the show but will do so in the next couple days.
