I don't know why people are saying this will be the smallest RW house ever. Not even close. Many of the houses have been smaller than 6,000 square feet in living space. All the houses before New Orleans, Las Vegas was also smaller, so was Paris believe it or not, and Key West was nearly 6,000 sq. feet.

I Was Just Asking. No Need To Cuss Me Out...

I think there was confusion being that there is no unit inside of Belltel larger then 2700 sq ft besides the penthouse (Las Vegas was around 3000 sq ft.) Looks like the Daily News was using the wrong figures when they made their "smallest" assessment.

However, there is a slim possibility that production would snag an entire floor for their control room, confessional etc and cut the square footage in half (then it would be small!)

Yeah I Forgot About The Whole Confessional, Control Room, Et La.

I'm sure when it's all said and done the house/loft is still gonna look really awesome!
