open casting calls is usually you sitting at a table with around 10 other people trying out. they ask everyone questions and you get in arguments and discuss stuff. they will then let everyone go after about 10 minutes and usually will pick a couple of people out of the group and give them an app to fill out.

just be outspoken and look good and you will have a good shot at getting an app.

Only thing is, before I knew there was an open call in Atl, I sent in an email....but I messed up the email after I put my contact info and a picture and sent it w/out the bio by accident. The thing said only send one email, so I left it alone. Soo...maybe I should wait until next season to go to an open call??

IMO, the casting calls are kinda whack....i went to one a few years back and there was a black gay dude in my bunch.....the rest of us never stood a chance. he was all toting "i think thinking about someone else is cheating."

I probably shouldve told him he was a retard, and then I probably would've had a shot haha

but yeah....the casting calls are eh....you wait for so long and you have to fight over people.......my experience wasn't good with it

Hey I'm just curious if anyone knows how many rounds there are total?

I also made it to round 2 and filled out the application and a week later I got a call from a casting director (is that anything special?). I felt as though I did pretty well with the interview, but they haven't gotten back to me for almost 2 weeks. Should I be worried that they dropped me and I didn't make it to the next round? And what is the next round and what should I expect?
