The Hills: Season 4 - Discussion

It just started and first things first, I'm concerned that besides Audrina's exophthalmos, her lips do not seem to close entirely around her teeth. And well, frankly the whole look disturbs me.

Yea for Whitney being around again! She better keep me sane because back in the day it was Lo, and now she's flipped her switch and she's almost as bad as well, everybody else.

Between Heidi and her sister, you can definitely tell which one has gone Hollywood, and which one just came off the farm. For now anyways. I give the sister less than a month to gain an unnecessary sense of entitlement.
WHY do Heidi and and Spencer talk about her sister all whispering like she can't hear, when she's TWO FEET AWAY? And seriously, Spencer can't even let Heidi have a relationship with her sister of all people?! He's basically isolated her from everyone else! He's just....something...Those too can go run off and have flesh-colored-beard babies together.

Geez Lo is a total ****h. She's so freaked out that people with tattoos and mohawks are swimming and diving and splashing in her pool!! (and she doesn't KNOW them!!) Ugh, storm out of the party, quick! Then she goes to confront Audrina (the next day), and doesn't even let the girl get a word in edgewise. I'm glad Audrina basically told her to eff off. She should have one of her tattood biker friends kick Lo's ass, and say "Welcome to the Hills, b*tch"!

HaHa!

Ha, I have to credit Joel McHale from The Soup, he made that one up awhile ago (the creepy-flesh-colored-beard thing)

When Lauren Conrad talked to Entertainment Weekly earlier this summer, she suggested that the fourth season, which debuted Monday night, would be her last.
Hip Hip Hooray! Hip Hip Hooray!

So she will move on to do "movies" and of course fail miserably (disappearing until the sex tape turns up) with the subsequent Hills ratings falling into the gutter, causing cancellation. This is awesome news!

i read or heard somewhere (more than once) that Ms. Conrad considers herself a terrible actress and has no interest in doing movies. she's doing a tv cameo or something soon, but only because she gets to play herself. she wants to stick to "fashion" rather than delving into movie roles. as i care about film about a thousand times more than i care about tv... i think i'll see your hip hip hooray and raise you a thank god almighty.

Honestly though I actually tried to watch it last night and couldn't get through much. From what I caught Spencer did look pissed when Heidi's sister was there, probably ploting her demise secretly. Oh well great "real stuff" that sets up future sister BETRAYLLLLLLLLL. Seriously though I was surprised to see her walk away, I figured she'd do it forever but I guess she thinks she has risen to a point where even if she quits people will remember her I guess.
