They do, the question is will it be shown though.
Alton is wearing a green cap and great sweatshirt during the Dustin/Frank fight and he's also wearing the same outfit in the trailer and the mtv promo they showed that had Trishelle vs. Jonna & Zach vs. Alton: "You wanna call him a what?"

I think I'm close to be 100% correct except CJ/Jasmine and Knight/Jemmye could be interchangeable.

I could have sworn I saw Frank and Ashley standing to the side next to eachother outside the Arena with Sam in the Arena going up to Zach when he threw his mouth piece or whatever

Yeah I know, I saw the screencap. Were Frank and Ashley wearing their uniforms too?
I was just making a speculation based on the fact that Sam was wearing a cap so maybe she was so hyped she stepped down to cheer him on? Jasmine is also on the stands with Derek and Jonna.
Before this current episode everyone assumed Alton was going in because he had his uniform on but then I recognized that he had his hat on so that ruled him out for me.
But it could be Sam in that elimination and I may be wrong.

All members of every team in the Arena wear their team uniforms while present at the Arena. And I think Zach and Sam go in against CJ and Jasmine because when Zach throws his helmet down, you can see Sam and she looks a little bigger because she is probably wearing pads under her jersey.

I am starting to think that there are more than 10 challenges this season. Possibly 12, because they played the mid-season trailer after week 6. And I can see more than 4 more challenges left.

Ep. 7 The mountain hike/race challenge.
Ep. 8The sumo tube challenge.The trivia challenge.
Ep. 9 The jumping off the boat and retrieving the chest from the ocean.
Ep. 10 The trivia challenge.
Ep. 11The slide challenge.
Ep. 12 The final challenge.

This isn't accurate obviously, just what the order seems to be based on who I see competing in each of these challenge.
