The only person that ever won with a poor partner was Landon--that's it. And Landon may be the best physical competitor ever. Hell, and Carley may not be as bad as we think since she only did one challenge--hard to truly judge.

1. FM1 was ridiculously unfair and based on bag weight. If it had been similar to FM2, Danny and Evelyn probably destroy Wes and Casey.
2. On FM2 Evelyn and Luke barely lost to the team that won it all, and knew the course forwards and backwards, courtesy of CJ throwing the elimination round.

A more apt comparison for Sarah would have been Wes for Rivals/Exes. On Rivals, Wes looked good (aside from the Final, where he and Kenny were robbed from a victory), largely due to having a good teammate. On Exes though, his teammate was only average, and they went home early.

Sarah's failure on FM2 was her own fault though, she picked her partner based on looks and not ability. I would say that is the only time you could blame her for not making the Final.

Blaming Sarah for picking Vinny is absolutely fair--she should have taken Pete or Brandon. Of course those picks aren't easy at the time--Darrell took Cara Maria over Laurel for example. Hell, Theresa went after Sandy & Mandi.

Nothing you stated altered the fact Evelyn lost those. Sarah & Vinny lost to Kenny & Laurel--that's not any worse than Landon & Carley and she absolutely had no control over Vinny getting kicked off, right?

You can use Wes if you prefer but the Evelyn comparison works even if you don't see it.

Guys, this thread is about the Brooklyn team, not what happened on FM or FM 2.

I don't like this team so far. I know it was only the premiere, but I just don't like the personalities of the people on this team and I don't think any of them are particularly strong (with the exception of Sarah, but I don't think she's THAT good)

I'm not a fan of this team either. The only redeemer is Sarah for me and you are right she is not THAT good. But we'll see won't we? lol but I doubt they get too far.

Chet is ridiculous and I hope he is out fast. I can't stand even looking at him. Sarah is okay but whiny. The other two I don't care about.
