The Real World: Portland - House

About a week ago, Byron Beck posted this picture:

This is likely the logo we would be seeing on the opening credits.

Thanks to an anonymous tip, via Byron, we now have full confirmation that the Real World will indeed be in Portland:

Another shot posted on Byron's wall appears to show the obligatory hot tub and pool table outside:

One user places this spot "in the Pearl district, on 9th and in between Everett and Flanders". Another comment states there have been security cameras being set up over the last few days.

The full address: 338 NW 9th Ave

    From the Portland city database:

"All work to be removed and building returned to its current condition and occupancy classifications no later than December 31, 2012." This shows a likely end date of end November - early December.

This confirms that the RWers will only be occupying the second floor.

Clearly a dead giveaway with "TEMPORARY DWELLING UNIT FOR TV PRODUCTION"

And when you plug it into Google Maps:

    Very cool. Good find!

I really love the idea of Portland for some reason. Hopefully they'll gather up an interesting group of people!

Why? I don't think this season sounds too terrible. They NEED to pick up ratings, this is the last season left in the contract, and if the ratings don't go up, the contract won't be renewed, and I will never be able to try out for this show. Maybe they think a 'serious' season will pick up ratings.

Geesss you need to get a little better at interpreting what you read; I just laughed at it, I didn't say any opinions about the season..yet.

This "house" reminds me of the one in Chicago.

I wasn't questioning your opinion, I was more so questioning why it was tagged 'terrible idea'.
