That is what I thought at first, too. The photos are never really a good indication of how they look. I remember during the Las Vegas 2.0 spottings, people thought Naomi looked fat. Come to find out she was a tiny little thing. You just never know..... Until the season airs, obviously.

Just found this and could have a positive ID on girl number 5 in the first set of photos: The Real World Portland Mariah "Bombshell Status" - Oxygen Boards

According to the link, it's a girl called Mariah who was on the last season of America's Next Top Model.

She's both an Oregon local and a proud Native American.

Apparently, she left the show a few weeks after filming started when she was hired for a modelling gig in Europe. She was subsequently replaced by a black female named Jenna who has been sighted in recent weeks.

I'm going to say no to this one. Mariah is listed at 5'10 and is definitely closer to Jessica's height (5'4). Also, she never stopped tweeting. I'm not sure when exactly filming started, but she was out of the state as late as August 6th.
