Re: College Football
K-State only beat Oklahoma by 5, but they physically dominated them and it was in Norman. Between 2002 and 2011, the Sooners lost 2 home games.
As for Klein, he has essentially the same play style as Tim Tebow. The only difference is that he won't put up the passing TDs Tebow did in 2007 (his Heisman season) because he doesn't have anywhere close to the same weapons Tebow did (Tebow had 5 current NFL WRs and a current NFL TE).

Re: College Football
It's a crying shame! A University like Penn State should be allowed to cover up a pedophile coach and pay no penalty. What's the big deal, right? The football program pays the bills and should be above the law.
As for Ohio State, we already know most of the SEC is a pay-for-play so what's the issue about a little cash on the side in the Big Ten? We need to think about the players here. How are they going to afford the rapidly escalating price of HGH if their incomes are not supplemented?

Re: College Football
Let's deal with the fact the NCAA doesn't handle "legal" matters. There wasn't an NCAA violation. Emmert and Erickson simply struck a deal to appease the masses. See the consent agreement.
What occurred at Penn State can't be condoned. Hopefully those that were involved in a cover-up pay the price for their actions and the school will be paying out a lot of money (justifiably) to the victims but still wasn't an NCAA issue and definitely not a football issue.

Re: College Football
Early reports on Lattimore...
Broken femur, broken patella, torn ACL, MCL, PCL, and LCL.
Easily the worst injury I have ever seen on television. I was hoping it was one or the other, but THAT is a leg injury. I just hope the kid can rehab and get back to walking regularly, let alone playing football.
