That's terrible to hear about the cancer. She can't catch a break. Do you know what kind it is?

I am really happy to hear Tonya is in a better place in her life. Hopefully she can continue to be happy and healthy.

This was an actual statement released by a person representing Viacom?!
I am not gonna comment on the actual deed, but this wording is disgusting...

If you read back a bit you see it was not a statement in response to the settlement. Neither side will likely be commenting other than to say that a settlement was reached.

The quote you saw was from the defendant's response in January in court documents to what Tonya's attorneys had filed. The Hollywood Reporter probably dug out those words from the documents because they are so polarizing.

Ok now I don't know how to feel about Kenny and Evan, if someone accused me of rape I would try and make sure the accusations were proven to be false. Anyways happy to know that Tonya is happy.
