Anyways I'm starting to think the accusations are not true, Tonya does not know what happened so she is relying on other people's information and maybe some one misled her, unless some one actually witnessed the act which I'm doubting.

When Wes called Evan/Kenny rapists I kinda believed him but now I think he just said that to **** them off and get people talking, which is a very stupid thing to do since this is a serious matter but he doesn't seem to care, I understand you don't like some one but don't go calling them rapists, that's too far. I think Tonya believes what people said happened to her but like I said she wasn't fully there and Katie not talking makes me believe it didn't happen. I know I would talk if I witnessed a rape and Katie being as outspoken as she is and she's not bffs with K/E so I would think she would do the right thing.

Yeah right. Wasn't Wes the same person who lied about being married or engaged to Johanna? Yeah he is reliable alright.

And blue if you weren't saying it was Tonya who stole the meds why are you mentioning her name in that same sentence at all. That baffles me.

I cannot believe you are suggesting that the defendant (a multimillion dollar company) in a court case is potentially bribing someone who has been subpoenaed. That's one of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard you say.

It DOES kind of sound like Katie, though. She has a bad temper but she generally likes to stay neutral on things that don't involve her. She probably told Tonya what went down because she was angry with Kenny and Evan, but years later, has either moved on or made up with Kenny and Evan, or just doesn't want to actually become involved in the legal aspect for myraid reasons, including being in bad standing with MTV, or just doesn't want to make unnecessary waves in a situation that doesn't really involve her.

I doubt MTV is paying her off, but I'll bet that Katie knows that if she testifies, she won't ever get another call to do a challenge, appearance or anything of ANY sort from MTV and BMP if she testifies. Yes, she has a stable job now, etc. but that doesn't mean she wants to make any enemies over a situation that didn't even directly involve her.
