Most people who take pride in not being liars are liars. I don't think Tonya lied about this but she is known for lying. Was it the Inferno 3 where she claimed she snuck her cat on the plane and was freaking out bc she couldn't find it?

2.)I've never heard anything about a cat on a plane.

Viacom and BMP would not compound their problems by threatening Katie, that is a criminal act, which would open up the companies to massive damages, as well as jail time for people involved in the threats. I have no idea what happened in Thailand, but I find it very hard to believe that if Viacom and their powerful lawyers thought there was any chance they would lose that they wouldn't have settled by now.

As much as I would like to agree with you, they would absolutely threaten her. They have a brand to protect, and having two of the franchise's golden boys sexually assaulting another cast member would not go over very well. MtV and BMP don't want the Challenge to go the way of I Love Money. They've got a lot on the line and ethics are the last thing they care about.

I don't think salt&vinegar meant Tonya was lying... I think he/she meant that Tonya isn't lying and MTV knows it, so they threatened Katie to prevent her from talking.
I don't know much about the case, or about law in general, so my opinion is somewhat baseless, but I agree with him/her; I feel that MTV is a shady network and.

1.) Based on my own experiences with people. Is it true with every person? Of course not. But most honest people don't have to go around priding themselves on it.

2.) Just because you didn't hear that doesn't mean it isn't true buddy. I remember the clip.

I remember this as well. I thought it was on The Ruins but I'm not sure. Tonya was a freaking mess on that entire challenge.
