Re: Chris "CT" Tamburello
Yeah, I have to disagree (respectfully) that Wes is as good as CT is.

Re: Chris "CT" Tamburello
CT said before the Stacking Stairs challenge that he didn't even care about winning the missions. He was socially connected enough that he knew he'd get picked up somewhere in the order, and was confident that absolutely nobody was going to call him out, and that if they did he would win. He spent his "strategy time" just hanging out and flirting with Diem.
To me, that shows a greater level of dominance of the game than Evan's simply winning some missions.

Re: Chris "CT" Tamburello
I'm not sure why I'm jumping into this, but winning doesn't mean anything. That's like saying that Nehemiah is one of the strongest guys because he won a challenge, or that Casey is one of the strongest girls because she won a challenge.
Wes won the Duel because of the soccer kickoff. Brad finished the challenge in a faster time than Wes. Without the kickoff and time penalty, Brad would have won. Wes is not a better competitor than Brad just because he is better at soccer. Wes is not a better competitor than CT just because he has won a challenge.

Re: Chris "CT" Tamburello
I'm not saying that CT isn't a good competitor, he IS very good, but if he hasn't won a challenge it feels like something is missing. Brad is really good too but to consider them the best, they have to win at least one challenge.
The soccer was a part of the challenge, they were in Brazil, and the most played sport in Brazil is soccer so the soccer was a part of the final challenge. The final challenge INCLUDED the soccer part, Wes won the final challenge.
Casey hasn't won any challenge.

Re: Chris "CT" Tamburello
That I completely agree with, Wes won the Duel fair and square because that was part of the final mission. I'm just saying, that in my opinion you do not need to have won a challenge to be one of the top competitors and just because you have won that does not make your a top competitior.
Edit: Also about Casey, I mentioned her thinking about Fresh Meat. I'm not sure what led me to the conclusion that she and Wes won.
