Does anyone find Whitney a tad fake at times?? Or is it just me??

I'm sure some people see that in her, especially since it is one of the themes the producers are selling this season (which probably means that she will soon have an epifany about it and Tyra will take the credit for making her "real") Producers love it when the audience buys into the BS they sell.

Before this season began taping, one of the major stories in the fashion world was Italy's legal moves to ban unhealty looking, skinny models. I see Whitney's casting as Trya's attempt to walk between both views toward models and bring back the Tocarra fan base.. Not a cynical view, but a practical one from Tyra's perspective.

But to get back on track, no I don't think she is fake, I just don't think she has yet learned how to model. We see the same thing every year at our reality calendar shoot. It is tough for some people to allow the camera to see their vulnerability. I think she is very beautiful and takes excellent pictures; what she will do when she allows herself to be open to failure in front of the camera will result in some amazing images.
