I'm not sure what to say about this episode...

I was extremely disappointed in Guylan. The kid is a hard worker and has great intentions...but he just doesn't have a clue on how to lead effectively. He kept deferring to DK and that was so weak.

Even though I loathe Taylor I am not 100% on board with how the council is choosing to deal with her. I think Zach is on the right track with withholding earnings if she refuses to do the work. I guess it's just the whole 'authority' in which the council is going at her with.

Most parents know this is not the way to handle a problem child, especially if you are not their parent. If they continue to punish her with undesirable tasks and yell at her all the time. She will continue to do what she's doing.

2 years ago I would never have said this, but... if they ignore her and withhold the earnings and reward others with praise and thanks...she'll eventually get it. She's a stubborn spoiled little chit. The negative attention they draw to her just makes her stick her heels in. If they ignore her she'll start doing what is expected of her to gain back the attention, but this time it would be positive.

And I just want to say a big HA to Mike. Greg still worked hard even after winning the gold star. So HA!
