Someday, perhaps in the not too distant future, I'll have the opportunity to be attached to a civil action against BMP. Oh, the questions I have in mind to ask, and ask, and ask...

Yes, unless they are sealed by the court. That generally only happens in cases involving minors. Some depositions may be initially sealed but eventually come out if they are used in open court. Some are sealed and yet are leaked to the press and others.
