That would be pure speculation, but a good guess. Personally, I think it has to do with something much more than that, because of this reason:

When we see KellyAnne staring down Johanna and talking about her, Johanna is sitting next to somebody, and we thought that somebody was Ashli. Since Ashli was home very early. One of the first three confirmed I believe, wouldn't it make sense to say that Johanna and KellyAnne had issues before Kenny and Johanna hooked up. This is just a guess too.

That's what I first thought. Has there ever really been a fight like that? Like two girls fighting because they both kissed the same guy?

needsalife, I also have to say why would she be jealous of Johanna and Kenny? I haven't heard a single thing about her even meeting Kenny before. Good point you bring up though.

That's another thing I was going to ask, because I didn't think that she had even met Kenny before. Maybe she saw him and took an instant liking too him?

That must have been in an older challenge, I haven't seen anything before fresh meat.

It still is a possibility so don't rule it out. I just don't believe it to be that reason. I just thought she had never met him.

It was Inferno 2 so it was before Fresh Meat.
