the contract is over this year according to several sources. I don't know if it has anything to do with ratings per se....v1?

Bacchus confirmed that there would be another Challenge though. That would mean they would have to finish taping the new Challenge this year and then release it next year. A bit rushed don't you think?

take that last part back. They might not be able to air it until the contract is renewed just a thought. I know that happened with Baywatch Forbidden Paradise.

I hope the series doesn't end. Too good of a show. And if they did end it this Challenge after the Island should be amazing.

Back to Dan, so V1 said there would be a fight that wouldn't make it to prime time. Does anyone sense a no violence rule being violated?

I mentioned in another thread that both the RW and challenge contracts were renewed for another season. I've heard that MTV also wants to fast-track the next challenge.

May I ask why? And if you even have a clue yet would it be another new concept?

Also about Dan this season, there was alcohol mentioned. So there is another contradiction for you.
