Yes, yesterday it was avaiable in some private trackers.

Of course, if MTV refuses to adapt to the market (i.e. fulfill a demand for its product) then I would not be surprised to see real revenue loses occur because of stupidity over the long term.

Here is my guesstimate as to what happens to fringe viewers when you do not offer the show streaming in a reasonable time frame:

1. 5% will start watching the show on television during the weekly premiere.
2. 4% will catch a repeat.
3. 3% will wait a week to watch it online
3. 3% will pirate it.
4. 85% will say ***k it and stop watching all together.

As great as it may look to get the small ratings boost to show shareholders, in the end you are losing money because you are not adapting.

On some private trackers, there are the episodes.

I guess I cant say them here, but if you happen to google, something like tv torrents or bt junkie, lets just say that the episodes maybe on these trackers.

But now they are also available on the mtv website.

Like a matter of never.

I am not condoning the downloading of copyrighted material but none of these international trackers care about copyright notices form MTV in the least bit.

That being said, watch the show on TV or wait until MTV puts it online...

When it comes to online distribution of content (popular television shows) there are two possible scenarios:

1. You can can do it.
2. Someone else will do it.

The bottom line is that in this day and age programs are going to be available online in one form or another, almost immediately and a growing subset of viewers want to consume that media. You can monetize the interest by enacting a dynamic business model which takes advantage of this market segment (or not.)

I suspect your approach all depends on if you are a CEO living in 2008 or 1998....
