Further, since we know with certainty that Beth is not on the challenge, having the next challenge as "The Duel II" would mean that BMP/MTV were going back on their word to Beth regarding her certain participation in any future challenge with that title. It would be a tremendous breach for that to happen. At the end of the day, I've always found the execs at BMP to be honorable. Thus the following syllogism applies, assuming BMP did not lie regarding the first factual posit:

- Beth will be cast on any challenge called "The Duel II'
- Beth is not in the cast on the next challenge
- The next challenge is not "The Duel II"

"Grapevine informed me" -- The implication here is the The Godfather's source is not first-hand, but rather something passed from one to another to at least a third party. While I might confide in a good friend some information that came my way from one source, I would never post anything without the confidence of at least two sources unless the only source was the actual creator of the information in the first instance.

"confirmed is Eve" -- This is something one named potential cast member has said to several people; however, I'm not aware of any basis in fact for the statement. It's not surprising that the idea has finally taken on a life of its own.

Could it be possible that it will be a Duel format but not called "The Duel II" perhaps they will try to be sneaky and name it something totally different, or even the something like "The Duel 2.0" or even "The Duel 33 1/3" (LOL) and get away with it on a technicallity? (I am not sure how loyal to Beth BMP/MTV would actually be since I don't have an inside scoop)

There is nothing that points to 4 more cast members. There might be more, there might not. There might be a couple that are swapped off the list we have and replaced with others.

"Sneaky" is not a wise business practice for several very important reasons which, of course, I'm not able to enumerate. Should it ever be necesessary that I discuss it further, you'll just have to read the court transcript at that time.

So the next Challenge is 100% not going to be The Duel 2 right? And it isn't Fresh Meat 2. I think someone already said it was not going to be BOTS3..... So that means it must be a new challenge. I am excited to see what it is. (I hope it is what Bacchus said it was)

I like the concept that they are going for. To be loyal to Beth I think they are making it the Duel 2 format just not use the name. So a different kind of concept but Duel 2 rules such as every man and woman for themselves and two winners in the ends. Sounds amazing. If in that case they may add some 4 odd players or not. Either way this Challenge is shaping up to be great.

Ev being on this challenge would kill it. We finally have an interesting cast without any Fresh Meat(besides Ryan) and bringing Ev would suck. I honestly want to see someone send her home and watch her drown in her tears. Hahah.
