Like at least 90% of rumors on the internet, it is false.

No update on this specific rumor, but I spoke with Johanna before the airing of her team winning the last challenge she was on. This is when she moved back to Peru to compete in the Miss Peru Universe pageant. I told her how shocked I was that she and Wes broke up and she said that lots of people were shocked. Wes was supposed to go to Peru with her but he didn't want to--so that played a part in their (amicable--per Johanna) breakup. This was also a month or so before her photo appeared in Maxim. She said that Wes would be walking around with that shot in his wallet and show everyone photos of his ex-girlfriend in Maxim. She was really nice. Answered all my questions. I told her that I hoped her team won the challenge even tho she would have known at that point whether she won or not. She graciously thanked me but I couldn't read into it whether or not she won (which she obviously did when Eric had a near heart attack on the final challenge).
