This episode sucked! I am not sure if there is a chance to save this series.

Why?

To start, No Katee Sackhoff.
Without her, the entertainment value of the show dials down significantly. Even if I could get past the fact that Katee was MIA, the script did not hold water at all!

It almost feels like the entire series is really one of those card games where everyone sticks their card on their forehead -but in this case it is their ulterior motive- and everyone watching can see it, but it is somehow transparent to all the characters on the show. I can basically call what is going to happen from a half mile out, unless of course it is so stupid I failed to think of it.

"I came to clean out the monkey cages?" - Was that the dumbest line ever written in a scripted drama that was meant to be for real?

Beyond the stupid writing, what is up with Jaime's bionic hearing only working when people are 3 inches away from her? Sheesh!

The most ridiculous part of The Bionic Woman are the fight scenes. Here is how they go down:

1. Jaime sees bad guy.
2. Bad guy forgets he has gun.
3. 10 other bad guys show up and also forget they have guns.
4. Everyone decides instead of shooting Jaimie they should kickbox.
5. Jaime beats the hell out of all the bad guys with bionic super kicks.

The End.


I don't know what to say. I hate Issiah Washington's character who seems to be the primary co-star now and I am losing patience fast with the writing and the fact that the show is currently devoid of what I liked best about it!



P.s. Wait! There was one funny part I forgot about! Michelle Ryan using her real English accent as her fake accent! I loved the irony and will admit hearing her speak in her native tongue was hot!
