I am a little confused with this episode. I thought it was great and all, just some things are not connecting in my mind. Maybe I should pay attention more and surf the web less when this is on.
What is the deal with Charlie's partner? Now that we know he was working the barricade instead of being in the middle of things during the Great LA bank robbery does that mean he was not involved in the robbery? Is he cleared? If so then of what value was that tip that the Russian provided last week? Was that just some larger scale subterfuge?
Dani looks to be in the hot seat this week. I see this as more of a preview ploy then anything because if they destroy the Dani/Charlie relationship then there would be nothing left. It did catch my attention! - Charlie adds someone new to his wall...da..da...daaaaah! DANI! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The writers strike tomorrow might save this show from the chopping block,
maybe. The ratings were so abysmal last week (a little over 5 million viewers) if the strike would have been averted that would have been all she wrote for Life.
Another awesome show hanging on by a thread.
While attending one of her AA meetings, Danni Reese thinks she hears a fellow attendee confess to rape. Unable to let go of this information, and despite Crews' advice to drop it, Reese becomes preoccupied with getting this individual to confess. Her persistence puts her face to face with a very dangerous man in a life threatening standoff. And while on a stake out with Lt. Davis, Crews finds out his former partner, Bobby Stark, lied to him about his involvement in an infamous Los Angeles bank robbery years earlier. |
