Have you heard the rumors about the direction they are headed with Michael?

They are not killing him off, they are going to age the character. Which is sad.

But I can see how the actor's parents may want him to focus on schooling at this time of his life, he's been on the show since he was a little tyke.

I just came from SOD website and fans are ranting and raving like it was the show's decision to recast him. I highly doubt they would pursue that plot unless the actor and his family felt it was time to move on.

The whole coma and brain damaged thing...I don't want them to do like they did with Jason. Worked wonders for his character and allowed the writers to go somewhere with him, but it just won't work with Michael.

Someone dies die though. There are a view candidates that would change Port Charles forever, like the promos say, but it's not going to be Michael.

I Knew that they were going to recast him, but I read on soapcentral.com that they fired Dylan Cash. It does make much more sense now to me though. I am going to have to check out SOD, it is not one of my regular sites.

I didn't even think of the possible story line of his head injury being like Jason's though...I figured he would just be given a new attitude along with his new face. I just don't know what to think about the whole story line though...

I wonder who dies...Do you have any suspisions or inside info?

I try to stay away from spoilers and such because I am often times a week or more behind. My sister manages to spoil it for me anyhow. For instance I found out Michael was in a coma before Kate even asked him to go to the warehouse. LOL

I'm just guessing that it's the actor's decision to leave. He could have been fired, but I don't think GH would do that to a beloved child actor.
