I'm a huge Will Ferrell fan, but for every smash, there's a flop.

I kind of want to see Semi-Pro, but I'm kind of getting sick of the schtick.

What do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Loved: Old School, Zoolander, Kicking and Screaming (well..."liked"), Winter Passing, Anchorman, Blades of Glory
Hated: Ricky Bobby, Melinda and Melinda, Bewitched (obviously)

It is not on my radar. I loved Old School, but you need a star like Luke Wilson (play it straight man) for Ferrell to play off of (or a Ben Stiller.) I don't like him in films (as much) when he is the sole focus. I think he makes a great second fiddle, but not a headliner.

I can stomach him in a sidekick role but not in a starring role. I don't purposely watch these movies, so semi-pro is not something that is on my list to see.

I think I've only seen Old School and Elf.
