Re: The Dark Knight

I went to the midnight showing of "The Dark Knight" with a bunch of co-workers and loved it! Heath Ledger was, of course, excellent. Aaron Eckhart gave an amazing performance, as well!

I'm eager to see just how big of a weekend "The Dark Knight" is going to have...

Re: The Dark Knight

The Dark Knight was an exceptional movie. Best comic book adaptation since Superman 2. Ledger and Eckhart were amazing, Bale was great as usual. I smell a sequel to this movie.

That's awesome you saw it already! I hope to get in sometime this weekend. I read somewhere (dont' remember exactly) that they are predicted to make a minimum of $130 million. And that's just based on pre-opening ticket sales, Fandango, etc.

I went to the midnight premiere as well. Definitely worth it. I loved the movie. And as well as everyone else, LOVED Heath as the Joker. Amazing.

Ah man I want to go this weekend and see it along with Hellboy II back to back. I'm excited to see Ledger as The Joker, he was definitely a great actor and Joker is a great Batman villain

I know! Ticket sales have been through the roof... I'm friends with a few managers at the theater I went to and they were telling me that they sold out their 4 largest theaters and were working on a 5th for the midnight show (and they were, of course, having re-showings at 3:15 and 6:00 AM)

Re: The Dark Knight

Ledger is giving Nicholson a running for his money with this performance. I still can't decide who was better. Hellboy 2 was great. Better than the first.

The Dark Knight has officially taken over the best movie of the year, beating Wall-E.

Yeah this is a more updated version of the Joker and I'm eager to see him in action.
