I was a huge fan of Ledger, i loved all the movies I had seen him in(although I never did watch brokeback mountain) and I am sure he does an amazing job. Jack nicholson was very impressed with Ledger's performance.

That said this was going to be an amazing movie before the passing of an incredible star, since his untimely death this movie has been focused on so much because of Ledger. The batman Begins series, I believe follows the original storyline of Bruce Wayne more accuratley than its previous movies. I hope this movie gets the recognition it deserves.

This movie is definitely going to be the movie of the summer and probably the movie of the year.

can anyone find & post the opening scene. the first 6 minutes were leaked onto the net, but youtube pulled it. it's the bank robbing scene and i heard it's breahtking.

Oh yeah I saw that a few months back it was a very nice opening and showed of Heath's talents as the Joker even though it was brief. I haven't been able to find it either but I'm sure it's floating around the net somewhere I'm gonna look.

I agree I am way excited for this movie!

PS- OtherPplsDrama, the first trailer was last december at the opening of I Am Legend, not last summer

Oh, well I think I'm thinking last summer during the E3 convention, they showed the first "snippet" of the trailor. I remeber because it was really short, but everyone was making a big fuss about it!

Only three days left I almost dread going to any theater near here because there will be a line from hell. Oh well it is worth it because it's been a while since I've looked forward to a Batman movie, it should be really good.
