My little sister has a trojan on her laptop and I can't seem to find a way to remove it, I have tried to delete the file in regular mode and safe mode, and my McAfee doesn't remove it either...anyone have any suggestions?

Do you know the name of the file? You said you tried to remove it so I assume that you do?
