These are the official candidates for Miss Peru Universe 2008. Johanna comes in around 3:16 into the video. If only I could speak Spanish! It looks like she has some tough competition. I wonder if the fact that she is representing the United States will work against her?

That is what she is basically saying but my mom couldn't translate it word for word...different dialect I guess

Now that I look back, I probably should have taken Spanish in high school and college rather then French.

I took Spanish for a few yrs too....but I got lost when it came to conjugating verbs...it's very different!! But then again, English is probably WAY harder to learn from someone not brought up speaking it...

Ya....it seems a bit extreme if you ask me. I'll take a peak and see what information you really have to enter.
